Какво правим
Podcast Studio Sofia записва и монтира подкасти и видеа. В клиентския си портал (platform.podcaststudio.bg) нашите клиенти могат по желание да свържат своя YouTube канал, Instagram и TikTok профил, за да:
- качваме готовите им епизоди в техния YouTube канал — само видеото, което те са одобрили, с видимост, която те избират (частно, скрито, публично или по график);
- виждаме статистиката им — последователи, гледания, обхват, време за гледане и числата на публикациите — за да им показваме какво носи всеки епизод.
Какви данни ползваме
- YouTube (Google): името и ID на канала, статистика на канала и видеата (YouTube Data API и YouTube Analytics API), разрешение за качване на видео. Не четем имейли, контакти или други данни от Google акаунта.
- Instagram (Meta): името на Business / Creator профила, броя последователи, статистиката (insights) на профила и публикациите. Само четене — не публикуваме и не пишем съобщения.
- TikTok: името, @потребителското име и снимката на профила (user.info.basic, user.info.profile), броя последователи, харесвания и видеа (user.info.stats) и списъка с видеата с гледания, харесвания, коментари и споделяния (video.list). Само четене — не публикуваме, не коментираме и не пишем съобщения.
Как ги пазим
- Разрешенията (токените) се пазят криптирани на нашия сървър в ЕС и се ползват само от платформата.
- Числата се пазят като дневни записи, за да виждаме развитието във времето. Не ги продаваме, не ги даваме на трети страни и не ги ползваме за реклама.
- Достъп имат само клиентът и екипът на студиото, който работи по неговия проект.
Как да спрете достъпа
- В портала: „Социални мрежи“ → „Изключи“.
- В Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions; в Facebook: Настройки → Бизнес интеграции; в TikTok: Настройки и поверителност → Сигурност → Управление на разрешенията на приложения.
Изтриване на данните
Пишете ни на podcast@itcorner.bg от имейла, с който влизате в портала, с тема „Изтриване на данни“. Изтриваме разрешенията и всички събрани числа до 30 дни и ви потвърждаваме по имейл.

English — data from Google (YouTube), Meta (Instagram) and TikTok
Podcast Studio Sofia records and edits podcasts and videos. In our client portal (platform.podcaststudio.bg) our clients may choose to connect their YouTube channel, Instagram and TikTok accounts so that we can:
- upload their finished episodes to their own YouTube channel — only videos they approved, with the visibility they choose (private, unlisted, public or scheduled);
- see their statistics — followers, views, reach, watch time and per-post numbers — to show them what each episode achieves.
Data we use
- YouTube (Google): channel name and ID, channel and video statistics (YouTube Data API, YouTube Analytics API), permission to upload videos. We do not read e-mail, contacts or any other Google account data.
- Instagram (Meta): the Business / Creator account name, follower count, account and media insights. Read only — we do not post or send messages.
- TikTok: the account's display name, @username and avatar (user.info.basic, user.info.profile), follower, like and video counts (user.info.stats), and the list of the account's videos with views, likes, comments and shares (video.list). Read only — we do not post, comment or send messages. Access tokens are refreshed only to update these numbers and are deleted when the client disconnects.
Podcast Studio Sofia's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. This service uses YouTube API Services; by connecting a channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Storage and sharing
Access tokens are stored encrypted on our server in the EU and used only by the platform. Statistics are kept as daily records to show trends over time. We do not sell this data, share it with third parties or use it for advertising. Only the client and the studio team working on their project can see it.
Revoking access
In the portal: “Социални мрежи” → “Изключи”. Or at myaccount.google.com/permissions (Google) and Facebook Settings → Business integrations (Meta), or in the TikTok app: Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions.
Data deletion
E-mail podcast@itcorner.bg from the address you use in the portal, subject “Data deletion”. We delete the tokens and all collected statistics within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.
